These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DOMO TIPS website, mobile applications, and related services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DOMO TIPS. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • Free tips are unlocked daily by completing a rewarded advertisement inside the app.
  • VIP and rollover subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the service, including by attempting to scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit predictions without permission.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Circumvent access restrictions, including free-tip cooldowns or VIP locks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

4. Predictions & Content Disclaimer

DOMO TIPS provides football predictions and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on our content, including betting or wagering decisions. Please gamble responsibly and within your local laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on DOMO TIPS — including predictions, design, logos, and code — is the property of DOMO TIPS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOMO TIPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
